As the Store Manager, you will have the unique opportunity to manage the daily operations of our store, throw epic monthly events, and lead a team of enthusiastic employees.

Responsibilities:

• Be the life of the party and organize fun-filled monthly events that showcase our products and engage the community
• Use your energy and creativity to drive sales and customer satisfaction, exceeding targets and wowing our customers
• Manage inventory like a pro, ensuring that the store is always well-stocked and organized, with the latest and greatest products available
• Lead by example and inspire your team of employees to be the best versions of themselves, providing guidance and support whenever needed
• Keep our store safe and secure, following all security protocols and procedures
• Stay up-to-date on all local and state regulations, and maintain compliance with tracking inventory and sales data
• Provide unforgettable customer service, making every customer feel valued and special
• Create an exciting and welcoming atmosphere in the store, making sure everyone who walks through our doors is excited to be there

Qualifications:

• Previous retail management experience, preferably in the cannabis industry
• An energetic, bubbly personality that makes customers and employees alike feel excited and happy to be around you
• A love of cannabis and a passion for sharing its potential benefits with others
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire your team
• A deep understanding of compliance and regulations related to the cannabis industry
• Flexibility in your schedule, including evenings and weekends
• Experience with inventory management and sales tracking systems

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $14.25 - $15.00 per hour
