ADUSA Procurement, a partner company to Retail Business Services, provides supply chain services that enable end-to-end optimization and visibility, balancing service and cost with collaboration and supporting the delivery of product from a supplier to the warehouse. Like Retail Business Services, ADUSA Procurement provides services to five omnichannel grocery brands, including Food Lion, Giant Food, The GIANT Company, Hannaford and Stop & Shop.


Position Summary:

Responsible for creating and maintaining all Procurement Governance management reporting needs, ensuring user knowledge through ongoing and ad hoc reports and analysis. Also responsible for performing skilled analytics to identify impacts and linkage to total Supply Chain and Commercial, using business modeling and analysis to solve complex problems or identify opportunities and trends through large data sets.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Assist with creation, manage, and maintain Procurement reporting dashboards

  • Responsible for reporting, with interpretation, key metrics determined in collaboration with Procurement leadership as well as ad hoc requests.

  • Work collaboratively to understand the purpose of the data request and provide recommendations regarding metrics, data content and formatting to meet the needs of the requestor.

  • Develop presentations utilized to communicate meaningful results, trends, and insights regarding the performance of key strategic initiatives.

  • Provide analytics and reports that translate data into accurate, insightful and predictive information for leaders to determine priorities and solutions.

  • Subject matter expert support for data analytics tools with emphasis on learning and developing new analysis/reporting capabilities.

  • Accountable for Leadership Level communication (both internal and external)

  • Support development of department best-practices

Knowledge:

  • Seasoned level of knowledge of company, business, and industry practices

  • Data mining tools

  • Expert Microsoft Excel and Microsoft PowerPoint

Skills:

  • Excellent organizational, planning, influence, communication, and presentation skills

  • Root cause analysis skills

  • Correlation analysis skills

  • Prioritization and time management skills

  • Problem solving skills

  • Data visualization / analytical tools (I.e Alteryx, Power BI)

  • Able to distill complicated data and analysis into actionable recommendations and guidance.

Education:

  • Bachelor's degree preferred

Experience:

  • 3-5 years relevant experience
