About this opportunity
The Analyst will be responsible for providing analytic support for the Align sales team. This position will provide accurate and timely sales reports as well as proactive insights and recommendations to help drive Align Technologies business. This role requires you onsite in the Morrisville, NC location.
In this role, you will…
Extract, transform, and analyze sales data for analysis and reporting purposes
Provide support to the Align sales team in answering questions with robust analytics
Develop and implement key performance metrics that help identify business opportunities and measure sales performance.
Provide ad hoc reporting and analysis for assigned departments on an as needed basis.
Other duties may be assigned.
In this role, you’ll need …
Required:
- Bachelors degree or equivalent experience in statistics or similar business related fields.
- Strong experience with SQL
- Strong experience with Python, R, or SAS
- Strong analytics, quantitative, and problem solving skills
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- 2+ years business analytics experience
- 2+ years of experience in reporting and visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau, etc…)
Preferred:
- 2+ years statistics, regression, modeling, and/or data science experience
- 4+ years of experience supporting sales or marketing
- Proven track record of working effectively in a collaborative, fast-paced, multi-tasking environment
- Ability to work with some or minimal direction and supervision
