Bogart's Doughnut Co. is looking for a new Production Team Member (20-40 hours/week)! If you are a multi-tasker by nature and ready and willing to work for a fun, fast-paced and growing company, this position is for you.

We are looking to hire & train in a Production role, then cross-train into a Customer Service role, so people that are both passionate about arriving early (5:00 am) to make doughnuts and also passionate about connecting with people are a great fit to apply!

Candidates with the desire to grow with the company and take on leadership roles are important.

Pay is $13.50 per hour, (PLUS TIPS, which are generally between $6-$11 per hour). So, pay comes out to be between $19.50 - 24.50 per hour!

Responsibilities Include:
- Cutting, proofing and frying doughnuts

- Making brioche dough

- Various preparation of glazes and other recipes

- Working quickly, efficiently and cleanly

- Problem solving

- Multitasking

- Hitting timing goals set by management

- Being resilient under pressure

- Completing production checklists each shift

- Shifts are typically 5:00AM - 1:00PM each day

- Must be able to work weekends

Required Skills:
- Must be at least 18 years of age
