In this role you will be responsible for:

Developing and updating algorithm designs for information fusion solutions to Lockheed Martin's Advanced Development platforms

Collaborating with design subject matter experts of other fusion specialized domains

Working with a dedicated software development team to ensure the algorithm design is realized through software implementation to field testing

Tasks and responsibilities will require interaction with Lockheed Martin engineering teams, suppliers, and government customers.

The successful candidate will initially work under the guidance of the subject matter experts and will ultimately serve as the primary POC for algorithm solutions to adopting programs.

Basic Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university in Computer Science or a related engineering degree or equivalent experience/combined education

Demonstrated experience with the design and implementation of algorithms

Experience with large scale, real-time software development

**Must be a US Citizen. This position is located at a facility that requires special access. Active Secret clearance. Ability to obtain Special Access Clearances.

Desired Skills:

Experience with Information Fusion systems

Experience with Universal Command and Control Interface (UCI)

Experience with Agile software development

Experience with C++, MATLAB

Data Analysis Experience

Demonstrated experience in successfully working as a member of a high performing team

Effective written and verbal communication skills

Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
