Pacific Central Services are seeking to hire an experienced customer service Supervisor who thrives in a busy, fast paced environment and enjoys managing a group of employees that are focused on delivering platinum customer service to airport customers. This candidate will monitor and ensure all duties performed by other team members are completed according to company standard.

Ensure all job station allocation are covered

Handle staff scheduling and time keeping

Conduct daily group meetings

Monitor and ensure compliance with all safety regulations

Other duties as deemed necessary.

• Assist in Customer Service and Wayfinding services for Ground Transportation customers.
• To answer questions from airport customers regarding transportation
• Supervise the team directing Uber/Lyft drivers to parking stalls and ensure vehicles flow.
• The airport is open 365 days a year which will include weekends and holidays.
• Due to our work with region's traveling public as well as other workers providing services to our guests, our team members must be able to communicate effectively in English and fluency.
• You will also need to feel confident in using available technology to communicate with colleagues and share information with customers such as the use of phone apps and the use of two-way radios.
• Work will be under covered but outdoors conditions.
• Will require standing/ walking for a long time.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• One must be able to obtain and maintain an airport badge (fingerprinting background checks are done to obtain the airport badge).

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: From $22.00 per hour

Schedule:

• Evening shift
• Holidays
• Weekend availability

COVID-19 considerations:
We will screen all candidates over the phone or remotely via Microsoft Teams or Zoom. Once inside the airport, face masks are required.
