Central Dakota Frontier Cooperative, based in Napoleon, ND is hiring two "Agronomy Manager Trainees for South Central North Dakota. The prospective team member will have the opportunity to live near on of the following communities: Wishek, ND / Napoleon, ND / Steele, ND / Hazelton, ND / Turtle Lake, ND / New Salem, ND / Dickinson, ND / Regent, ND / Hettinger, ND.

This position, for our organization, will impact our team by developing these team members to be leaders in our Agronomy Department over next few years. We see this as an opportunity for a candidate to:

• Be trained in all aspects of Ag Retail support including but not limited to the operation of commercial fertilizer equipment, custom application equipment, "state of the art" Ag technology and all the services surrounding crop inputs and protection.
• Develop skills in managing Profit and Loss statements, commodity logistics and how to lead and train people.
• Be part of a team that excels and focuses on meeting the needs of our farmer/ customers and work to exceed their expectations.
