Looking for an Agile Program Manager with extensive Banking and Portfolio Level experience for 12 month long initial contract to start with probable extensions and possible conversions to FTE of our client.
This role is for one or our best financial clients with offices in NYC, Southern New Jersey, Southern Maine and South Carolina.
Candidates can work completely remote but will need to work EST hours and be located on the East Coast. Travel to client offices will be required once or twice a quarter

SUMMARY OF DAY-TO-DAY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Description:
This role is to manage the rollout of the Clients agile structure (CDT) which will require expertise in Agile strategy, JIRA board management, driving other workstreams for overall portfolio status. This role will also delivery a workstream to stand up the remaining 2 LOBs. Knowledge of banking is preferred. The right candidate will work with Agile coaches to set up user stories, track progress, and remove impediments. Position will support AVP and VP sponsors of this effort.

-Agile - Work at portfolio level - setting up an agile team

-Designing and standing up Agile Team - understanding Agile structure and setting up an Agile team
