Incredible opportunity to own an established insurance agency. Agency has approximately 1200+ policies in force. Generates $98,000 in already in-force service commissions; not including new business commissions, bonus potential, and $5,000 sign on bonus or $6,000 for office start up costs. The existing agency has great households with excellent retention and has huge cross-sell opportunity. Please contact us with serious inquiries. Agent and the District Office will train and help transition the new buyer. There are licensing and other requirements to be met prior to taking over.
The Candidate:
Proven background in the business environment; either managing or building, etc.
The desire to build and grow a residual income business opportunity
Effective time-management skills and self-reliance to accomplish goals
The ability to identify and focus on priorities
Leadership and people management skills
The motivation to work hard and take risks to achieve financial success
Detailed Information:
Support & Training: $5,000 start up bonus. $6,000 toward exterior signage. Training and support at the District Office.

Must be self-motivated and determined
