Quality Staffing Solutions is seeking passionate, highly skilled, and motivated LPNs and CNAs o help fill the staffing shortages by traveling to the Grove City area.

As a Staffing CNA or LPN you'll be part of a collaborative team whose energy, communication and dedication are valued and rewarded.

FT/PT and PRN hours available. 8, 10, 12-hour shifts. All shifts available!

CNA's: all shifts available

LPNs: 2p-1030p shifts available

Essential Functions include but are not limited to:

• Follow established performance standards
• Perform duties according to nursing service policies and procedures.
• Identify resident problems and concerns and report them immediately
• Complete assignments efficiently, completely and accurately.
• Conduct resident rounds as assigned
• Assure residents have call lights at hand and answer call lights promptly.
• Assure residents are given adequate assistance with personal and oral hygiene needs
• Assist residents with activities of daily living as documented in the residents’ care plans
• Assure residents are given adequate assistance with meals, nourishment and transportation to meal service area
• Maintain confidentiality of resident and Company information.
• Report changes in residents’ conditions to Charge Nurse or Nurse Supervisor

Requirements:
