Afternoon/Evening Baker

Estimated Employment Start Date: End of April

Baker Responsibilities:

• Read and understand recipes

• Measure and combine ingredients while using mixers, blenders, heat sources, and other equipment to make cookies

• Decoration and display of finished product

• Test ingredients and finished goods to ensure that each item meets food safety and quality standards

• Greet customers, answer questions, give recommendations, accept orders and payments, and provide exceptional customer service

• Keeping records relating to deliveries, inventory, and production levels

• Taking client information and ensuring that deliveries are fulfilled accurately and on time

• Cleaning and restocking workstation and ensuring that all equipment is sanitized and prepared for the next shift

• Must be 16 years or older to apply

• Must have basic math and computer skills

• Previous food experience is preferred, but not required. A food handler's permit will be required before the start date

• Time management skills

• Ability to lift 50 lbs

• Excellent communication skills.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $14.00 - $16.00 per hour

• Brookfield, WI 53045: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
