WHAT TO EXPECT
As an innovation leader, we look for ambitious, forward thinking, open-minded and well-rounded individuals to join our global team. Located in our Siloam Springs, AR plant, you will be an Advanced Product Engineer.

  • Reports directly to our Director of Engineering and will be responsible for defining and applying new technologies and innovations to enhance products that drive value while meeting or exceeding customer and market needs. Typical projects will require cross-functional knowledge of product development, materials development, process development, test development, equipment development and/or technical customer support.

Key responsibilities (to name a few):
  • Define and launch products to meet market and customer needs.
  • Development of new and existing technologies to improve product performance, cost & manufacturability.
  • Create project timeline to meet timing objectives and communicate key milestones & start/end dates.
  • Commercialization of new products.
  • Give technical support on various cross-functional teams with manufacturing, purchasing & commercial peers. Teams may also involve customer and /or vendors.
  • Ability to apply existing technologies to new problems. Applies DFSS techniques such as DOE, DFMEA, PFMEA, SPC, etc. to problem solving & to optimization of development cycle time.
  • As subject matter expert, support the completion of priority issues which may impact given product.

Supervisory Responsibilities:
  • Functions as an individual contributor with no formal management responsibilities. Can be responsible for giving day-to-day technical & project leadership to other parts of the organization.



ABOUT YOU
  • Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering or Chemical Engineering or equivalent (Phsyics, Chemistry, Math).
  • Master's Degree in engineering field is preferred.
  • Minimum of 2 years experience in Product Development or 1 year of R&D experience in related product line.
  • Proven track record of innovation & problem solving.
  • Patent experience preferred.
  • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without company sponsorship.
