Admissions Representative

Peloton College (Dallas, TX) is seeking a talented and dynamic individual who is committed to helping prospective students realize their career goals, as an Admissions Representative for our institution. Peloton College is a privately held accredited institution offering diploma level programs in the Allied Health, Information Technology, and Electronic Systems fields (programs vary by campus). Reports to: Campus President

Employment Type: Full-time, Monday-Friday, some Saturday’s may be required. Hours may vary but are generally scheduled between 9:00 a.m. - 7:00 p.m.

Key Responsibilities:

· Conduct front-line admissions recruiting activities including inbound/outbound telephone calls

· Set and confirm appointments for prospective students to visit the campus

· Conduct campus tours and share information about programs of interest to prospective students

· Document and track daily activity

· Facilitate registrations and ensure all paperwork is complete and accurate

· Able to work in fast paced environment and be self-motivated

· Ensure compliance with policies and procedures of Peloton College and regulatory agencies

Minimum Qualifications:

· Minimum of high school diploma or equivalent

· Previous sales or recruiting experience preferred

· Excellent communication and organization skills

· Experience with computer data entry and use of Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint

· Ability to sufficiently read, write, and speak the English language

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $35,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year
