ADMISSIONS DIRECTOR - Full-Time - Albany Care, Evanston, IL

Albany Care, a Specialized Mental Health Rehabilitation Facility (SMHRF) in Evanston, IL, is seeking an Experienced Admissions Director. This is a Full-Time, Salaried Role. The Annual Salary is $55,000.

The Admissions Director will be responsible for marketing, admissions, and meeting with local Physicians, Social Workers and Case Managers.

Responsibilities of the Admissions Director:

• Develop and coordinate marketing strategy to increase census and enhance facility's image
• Maintain existing and establish new community relationships and maintain contact with various referral sources
• Attend to all referrals promptly
• Conduct tours of the facility to prospective residents and/or family members
• Work with consumers, families and professionals to process and ensure efficient and successful admission
• Ensure contracts are signed for new admissions
• Establish room assignments for new consumers

• Psychiatric Admissions or Social Services Director Experience Required
• Experience in a long-term care environment, with psychiatric population
• Experience in Marketing and Admissions
• Working knowledge of the consumer referral process preferred
• Strong written and verbal skills required
• Must be personable, engaging and genuine
• Excellent presentation and relationship-building skills
