Job Summary:
Responsible for directing the day-to-day operations of the facility in accordance with governing federal, state, and local standards, guidelines, and ensuring the highest degree of quality care.

Required Qualifications:
Education: Associate degree; or current licensure according to governing agency overseeing facility of responsibility in lieu of degree.

Licensure: Current licensure according to governing agency overseeing facility of responsibility.

Experience: Five (5) years of experience in a leadership role in a healthcare setting.

Knowledge, Skills, Abilities: Knowledge of State and Federal Regulations. Proven ability to manage operations, budgeting, and staffing. Strong leadership skills with demonstrated experience building and leading high performing teams. Ability to work collaboratively with diverse constituents. Must be customer service oriented, projecting professionalism and socio-economic and cultural sensitivity. Advanced skills in multitasking, time-management and organization. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Working knowledge of Microsoft applications.

Preferred Qualifications:

Knowledge, Skills, Abilities: Ability to create, analyze and interpret reports and spreadsheets.
