Position Summary
Manage and oversee online classes.
Respond to students and instructors’ needs during class.
Provide technical support for the course including assistance with instructor’s computer hardware, software, and online connectivity.

Minimum Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree and two (2) years of related experience; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Work Schedule
12 two-week sessions (10 days) during the academic year, 5 hours per day each class during those sessions (including prep and debrief); requires a 5-hour/day commitment
