Administrative Specialist II

Schedule: Monday - Friday

Hours: 8am to 4:30pm

Job Function:

Ability to function in a fast paced, high-volume, front-line customer service environment. Ability to maintain a pleasant business demeanor even during challenging customer encounters; and Provide support to staff or client in order to ensure clients receive expedient and efficient service. Ability to multi-task, which may include answering phones while servicing clients. Ability to provide customers with clear direction.

Essential functions consist of the following:

  • Greet customers and direct them to the appropriate division program and/ or appropriate staff member.
  • Answer phones and provide basic program information and/or direct calls to appropriate personnel.
  • Screen clients to determine the correct worker should be.
  • Filing, scanning and proper recording of documents.
  • Assist providers in getting access to company's system.
  • Back-up to other Administrators.
  • Ability to be flexible as can be pulled to help several other Administrators as deemed necessary.
  • Ability to Multi-task

Must have experience with Microsoft Word and Excel

Other receptionist duties as assigned by management
