This temporary position is located in Raleigh - Wake County.


Job Order Hourly Rate of Pay: $20.63 (Based on education and/or years of relevant work experience reflected on the application).


This temporary position will be assigned to the Department of Health and Human Services. This position is located at 4312 District Dr., Raleigh, NC 27607.

This position provides administrative support for HCV and HBV testing. Duties include data entry and verifications for HCV and HBV test requests, sorting, mailing, and HCV/HBV records management.

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities / Competencies

  • General knowledge of office work, methods, and practices.
  • Graduate from high school/at least one year of medical office assistant/secretarial experience.
  • Experience entering patient demographics into databases.
  • Experience using Microsoft Outlook in an office setting.
  • Capable of working with minimal supervision.

Minimum Education and Experience Requirements

High school diploma or General Educational Development (GED) diploma and two years of related administrative experience; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
