SPPG Administrative Coordinator​

OVERVIEW

SPPG (State Public Policy Group) is a female owned small business and powered by an all-woman team. We provide program support and market research to public, private, and non-profit clients. THE ROLE

We are seeking an Administrative Coordinator to support programs and research at SPPG. The position works in partnership with a team and reports to the Director of Research and Strategy.

This person will be an active member of the SPPG team and assist with day-to-day administrative tasks.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Assist with custom-designed market research projects.
  • Collaborate with the research team on facilitation of focus groups and in-depth interviews including logistics, catering, scheduling, room and equipment set up, note-taking, and support.
  • Serve as the lead in the recruitment of focus group participants including making phone calls to screen qualified participants, meeting client quotas, and making database updates.
  • Assist with editing and formatting discussion guides, surveys in Survey Monkey, data tables, presentations, and reports.
  • Coordinate with team members to make sure that all parties are on track with project requirements, deadlines, and schedules.
  • Monitor and support social media platforms, newsletters, and basic website maintenance for multiple clients.
  • Assist team members with administrative duties as needed, such as scheduling, external meeting set-up, taking meeting minutes, and additional needs as assigned.

  • Be willing to learn new and innovative techniques and incorporate them.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Excel.
  • Experience preferred, but not required in Survey Monkey, newsletter platforms (i.e. Campaign Monitor, MailChimp, Constant Contact), website builders (i.e. Wix, WordPress, Joomla), and social media management platforms (i.e. Loomly).

SALARY RANGE
Salary range begins at $38,000. All employees receive paid individual health, dental and vision benefits and a generous PTO package.
