My client, a leader in the risk management industry is looking for Administrative Coordinator. The position works with clients and internal partners to execute specifics within projects. The projects can be as small as a few hours long, and require very little planning, or they can be as large as a major sporting event, and require months of planning. The right candidate is flexible and TEACHABLE, with excellent communication skills.

You must have very good use of Microsoft Office for this role, and you might have excellent organizational skills. The position offers a stable and professional working environment and very good benefits with a variety of health insurance coverage options and paid time off.

Required

  • Strong administrative and organizational skills
  • Experience working with a variety if partners and departments for a common goal
  • Experience using Microsoft Office, Word, Excel and Outlook
  • Experience with a large customer service data base system

Pay: $22.00 - $25.00 per hour

  • 8 hour shift
  • Day shift
  • Evening shift
  • Monday to Friday
  • Night shift
