Primary Responsibilities

  • Provide a variety of administrative functions, which may include administrative support for one or more executives, phone coverage, reading and routing incoming mail, scheduling appointments, and processing expense reports
  • Compose and organize materials and reports, and maintain records for work performed
  • Coordinate and manage meeting facilities and arrangements
  • Handle highly sensitive and confidential information with professionalism and discretion
  • Maintain budget or handle specific accounting responsibilities as needed
  • Answer questions relating to company policies and procedures as needed
  • Perform other duties as needed

Qualifications


Required Qualifications

  • High School diploma or equivalent
  • A minimum of 3 years experience in administrative support
  • Knowledge of MS Office Suite, including Word and Outlook
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Professional, self-motivated, well-organized, and detail-oriented with the flexibility and ability to prioritize and handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to meet deadlines
  • Experience working in an office environment
  • An attitude and commitment to being an active participant in our employee-owned culture

Preferred Qualifications

  • Associate or Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
  • Knowledge of A/E industry desired
  • Preference is given to local candidates
