Compass Education Group is seeking a full-time Administrative Coordinator. We are looking for an in-person team member who will work either at our office in Larkspur, CA or at our office in Beverly Hills, CA.

The Role:

The Administrative Coordinator is a highly organized, detailed-oriented professional responsible for daily administrative tasks across our regional offices. Based at either our office in Larkspur, CA or at our office in Beverly Hills, CA, this in-person position processes a variety of mail items that are shipped out to our clients and team members every day. In addition, they are responsible for high volume phone and email-related communications. The Administrative Coordinator reports to the Director of Operations.

Essential Functions:

  • Create and process a high daily volume of custom-built mail items accurately, neatly, and efficiently.
  • Receive calls from prospective clients, active clients, and tutors for all regional offices.
  • Respond to or re-direct inquiries to the appropriate team member.
  • Respond to emails from prospective clients, active clients, and tutors for all regional offices.
  • Create and maintain sensitive e-files for clients, employees, and operational functions.
  • Support other admin team members with all administrative, operational, and organizational duties.
  • Assist with special administrative projects.
  • Provide overall great customer service to prospective clients, active clients, and tutors for all regional offices.

Qualifications:

  • Meaningful professional experience in a related role.
  • Professional manner in-person and on the phone
  • Outstanding written, verbal, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong computer and organizational skills; accuracy and attention to details.
  • Consistent work habits; strong work ethic; trustworthy; dependable.
  • Interest in educational services is a plus. Client-centric mindset is a must.

Compensation:

  • $23.00/hour with annual reviews.
  • 17 PTO days in year one plus one additional day for every year served up to 22 days. An additional 11 paid holidays per year.
  • Group medical coverage.
  • 401(k) plan with 4% match.
