Job Summary:
The Administrative Associate Sr. for Dual Credit performs administrative and office support activities for Dual Credit programs; facilitate the admission and registration process for current and prospective LIT Dual Credit students; provides information to visitors, students, faculty and staff; and informs students on matters regarding admissions and records.

Duties/Responsibilities:
  • Field telephone calls in a professional manner
  • Serve as Dual Credit call center representative during peak times to assist students with login issues
  • Create documents and spreadsheets
  • File, fax and scan documents and records; open and distribute incoming mail
  • Process requests for LIT and dual credit information
  • Register dual credit students and make schedule changes
  • Ensure proper major assignments for all dual credit students have been assigned/completed and report changes to student success
  • Use software (LMS, retention, etc.) to monitor enrollment and troubleshoot registration issues
  • Collect and route withdrawal and drop forms
  • Coordinate with ISD partners to ensure updated enrollment rosters are maintained
  • Maintain and distribute student records following FERPA guidelines and LIT policy
  • Provide registration information, transcripts, etc. for students, faculty and staff, on demand
  • Complete purchase requisitions and travel documents as needed
  • Other duties as assigned
Minimum Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications:
  • Two years of customer service experience in a related field in either the private sector, with a state agency, or higher education
  • Advanced skill in the use of Windows, Office Professional including Outlook, Word, and Excel
  • Excellent customer service and telephone skills
  • Strong writing, proofing, and editing skills
  • Skill in the operation of business machines such as scanner/copier/etc.


Physical Requirements:
This position requires the ability to: remain in a stationary position for most of the time; occasionally move about inside an office to access documents, office equipment, etc.; constantly operate a computer or other office equipment, such as a printer or copy machine.
