BAYADA Home Health Care is seeking an Administrative Associate to join our Assistive Care State Programs Practice for a new and improved Electronic Verification System. As an Intern for BAYADA, you will have the opportunity to collaborate with our Client Service Managers, Clinical Managers, and Directors to gain valuable insight and experience in the home health care industry.

Administrative Associate roles provide exposure to the following areas:

  • Participating in team meetings
  • Performing general administrative duties including answering phones, emails and questions regarding VIV application.
  • Working on special projects as needed
  • Facilitate and assist Home Health Aids with Viv application.

Qualifications:

  • Ability to take ownership, set priorities, and meet deadlines
  • Creative and flexible with the ability to take initiative
  • Willing to work in an "all hands on deck" environment
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to interact well with employees at all levels
  • Demonstrated leadership and organizational skills
  • Interest in the healthcare industry
  • Competence in basic PC skills required to perform job functions.
  • Ability to read, write and effectively communicate in English & Spanish.

*"The initial expectation of your time commitment is estimated to be 10 to 20 hours per week over 10 weeks, after which work will be assign on an as needed basis by your manager"*
