Hatch Design Group is looking for energetic, hard-working, and detail-oriented candidates to join our team and provide "behind the scenes" support for our interior design team. These candidates will heavily contribute to the successful completion of all the restaurant, casino, hotel, golf clubhouse, and food hall projects that come through our doors.

Upon applying, candidates should:

• Be proficient in writing professional emails
• Have professional phone etiquette
• Understand how to use printers, scanners, etc.
• Comfortably work in Microsoft Word and Excel
• Be able to quickly learn and use new programs

Building upon and utilizing those fundamental skills, HDG will train candidates to perform the following tasks:

• Request quotes, lead times, availability of items, and additional information from vendors necessary for specifications via phone and email
• Prepare budget templates by entering information from construction documents into an interactive Excel sheet
• Write product specifications in our proprietary program utilizing information requested from vendors and found online
• Prepare and ship control samples to contractors, clients, and other consultants

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $40,000.00 - $45,000.00 per year
