ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT / RECEPTIONIST
JOB DESCRIPTION
PRINCIPAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Greet customers and vendors.
Retrieve mail and distribute to employees.
Answer and direct incoming telephone calls.
Prepare all outgoing mail and take to Post Office.
Enter invoices into accounts payable and make periodic payments.
Enter accounts receivable payments.
Maintain vacation records.
Create job file folders.
Update Employee Roster as needed.
Purchase all routinely required supplies and refreshments for office.
Assist all personnel to insure an efficient and smooth operation of day-to-day functions.
PERSONAL SKILLS AND ABILITIES:
Good oral/written communication and interpersonal skills.
Detail oriented.
Willingness to learn.
EDUCATION, KNOWLEDGE AND EXPERIENCE:
High School graduate or equivalent.
Good typing skills with experience in Word and Excel.
Experience with office equipment.
Minimum of three years clerical or secretarial experience.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $17.00 per hour
