Job description

The administrative assistant/receptionist position reports to the owner. This position will support multiple projects simultaneously and is responsible for the proper data collecting and entry before, and after jobs are completed.

The position plays an important role in gathering information from team members and customers, that will help create a solid foundation to make adaption and future decisions.

Bilingual Spanish speaks preferred

Previous experienced is REQUIRED

Essential Job Duties

  • Facilitate data entries
  • Part of a sales team collects information from others
  • Answers all inbound calls and schedule the appointments
  • Reviews and approves contracts, including all elements required for job approval.
  • Enters data into CRM system and Excel.
  • Coordinates communications, including taking calls, responding to emails, and interfacing with clients and team members.
  • Helps homeowners get what they deserve the best!
  • Prepares internal and external corporate documents for team members
  • Upholds a strict level of confidentiality
  • Schedules, after project completion, final call appointment between the customer and outside sales.
  • Handles after-sales follow-up procedures and proper data entry.
  • Updates company CRM system based on communication with customers and sales team.
  • Upholds closing procedures including warranties and letters of completion.
  • Responsible for overall fleet management of the location
  • Helps customers before and after projects are completed.
  • Attends company events, fairs, and trade shows as assigned.

  • Excellent customer service skills, finding proper ways to clearly communicate and connect with customers.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $17.00 - $24.00 per hour
