Administrative Assistant - Bilingual Spanish/English
Unitex is currently seeking an Administrative Assistant for our location in New Brunswick, NJ.
Hourly Rate: $21.00
Schedule: Monday - Friday 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM
Responsibilities include:
  • Handles customer service
  • Handles all aspects of entering and submitting work orders for garments (lab coats, scrubs, etc.)
  • Assists in the creation and distribution of customer invoices and statements
  • Assists in handling of special projects and reports
  • Provides assistance and solutions for surrounding departments as needed
  • Assists in office / customer service and route settlement coverage during vacation or absence of team members
  • Assists office manager, assistant office manager and general manager as needed

Required Skills:
  • Associate’s degree preferred
  • Bilingual Spanish/English a MUST
  • Attention to detail
  • Ability to multi-task and prioritize
  • Time management
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel
