Salary Range: Clerical Agreement: Level VII starting at $24.75 per hour
Start Date: ASAP- Candidates will be reviewed upon submission with selection starting no sooner than five days following the posting. The position will remain open until a suitable candidate has been found.
Work Week: 1.0 FTE, 40 hours per week; This position follows a 12 month stretch calendar (215 work day calendar).
Position Summary :
Performs skilled administrative support work maintaining state mandated systems, student information systems, and student records, answering phones, greeting visitors, maintaining and updating teachers, room numbers and class information while maintaining excellent customer service, and related work as apparent or assigned. Work is performed under the limited supervision of the Assistant Director of Student Support Services.
Education and /or Experience:
Associates/Technical degree and considerable experience working in an administrative capacity, or equivalent combination of education and experience. Bilingual Preferred.
