This position provides administrative program support to the Office of Inspector General (OIG). Responsibilities include serving as office first contact, providing administrative services support, ordering division supplies, overseeing OIG equipment and facility work orders, assisting with records retention and data management for the division, and serving as back-up to other office staff.
This position may be eligible for partial telework within the state of Montana. Specific conditions will be outlined as part of the job offer and must adhere to state policy.

- Meet minimum qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Three years of job-related work experience in administrative support or other related areas.
- Preferred knowledge and experience using the State of Montana Purchasing Entry, Receiving and Query System (PERQS) and Agency Wide Accounting Client System (AWACS).
- Other combinations of related education and experience may be considered on a case-by-case basis.
