Fleet Administrative Assistant - Ford Lincoln

The Sewell Family of Companies is seeking a highly motivated and organized administrative assistant to join our fleet sales team. As an administrative assistant, the individual will provide essential support to our fleet sales professionals by completing clerical duties such as processing paperwork and completing car deals to help ensure the efficient operation of our business. The administrative assistant plays a critical role in supporting day-to-day operations and contributes to the success of the team.

  • The ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities
  • Organize and maintain files, both physical and digital, to ensure easy and quick retrieval
  • Provide general administrative support to team members

  • Professional discretion
  • The ability to work well with others while maintaining a positive attitude

Qualifications:

In order to be successful in this position, the individual must be able to perform each job responsibility satisfactorily, have a valid driver’s license, complete a drug screening, background screening, and provide all government I-9 requirements. A combination of education, experience, and training is always considered.
