We are currently seeking an enthusiastic Administrative Assistant to join our team in Miami, FL.

Job Summary:

We are looking for a self-driven Receptionist-Office Assistant to answer and accurately direct phone calls professionally, greet visitors and assist executive management as needed. The Receptionist will also be responsible for managing office supplies and providing administrative support to the Accounting Department.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Receive and direct phone calls and relay conversation and pertinent messages to others while maintaining accuracy, clarity and confidentiality
  • Maintain the highest level of customer care while demonstrating a friendly and cooperative attitude
  • Greet, screen, and assist visitors
  • Account Executive Requests
  • Invoice Distribution
  • Assist with vendor invoice processing
  • Assist with scanning and e-filing
  • Assist with billing as needed
  • Assist with processing returns as needed
  • Process credit card payments as needed
  • Maintain office supplies by checking stock to determine inventory levels: place and expedite orders in align with company policy
  • Ensure meeting rooms and common areas are well maintained and serviced
  • Perform other related duties as assigned by management
  • Assist with related special projects, as requested

Qualifications:

  • One year related experience or equivalent
  • Strong communication and organizational skills
  • Proven ability to multi-task in a fast paced environment
  • Excellent customer service; professional phone etiquette
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office

Compensation and Benefits:

  • Compensation: $18 - $20 per hour depending on experience.
  • Benefits package includes paid time off, health, dental, vision, life and 401K
