Position Summary:

DBHIDS. BHD/SCA Administrative Assistant/Receptionist provides primary office support duties to BHD management staff and Special Initiatives Staff. The overall objective is to perform administrative duties and coordinate the daily operations/routine of the office.

Duties and Responsibilities:*

  • Record detailed minutes of the agenda items discussed during provider meetings.
  • Answer and transfer calls to the designated staff
  • Coordinate with staff and submit quarterly supply order across the unit.
  • Oversee daily operations and logistics.
  • Coordinate with IS and process necessary documents to ensure staff have all equipment and supplies, particularly for any new hires or staff transitioning to the floor.
  • Process various documents for the Administrative Section of PMHCC including Accounting, Administration.
  • Perform data entry when needed to transfer data from paper formats into computer files or database systems.
  • Perform general functions such as word processing, spreadsheets, filling, copying, faxing, typing, mailing, ordering/maintenance of supplies and phones calls.
  • Disseminate information via mail, email, phone, etc. regarding system events, memorandums, initiatives, alerts conferences and activities to the provider network.community, participants, and DBHIDS/SCA staff.
  • Assist with details, preparation, and logistics of any SCA meetings/conferences.
  • Sort and distribute incoming/outgoing mail to the appropriate staff.

Education and Experience:
1. High School graduate

2. Two (2) years related office /administrative support experience.

3. Experience with handling a high-volume telephone system.

Pay: $35,214.00 - $46,955.00 per year
