Job description
We are seeking someone who is highly organized, committed to accuracy, and experienced with data entry software and the Microsoft Office Suite.
Responsibilities:
The successful candidate will:
- Enter information into our database system with impeccable accuracy and efficiency
- Review, verify and update data to ensure data integrity and reliability
- Maintain our electronic and hard copy filing systems
- Manage administrative tasks such as answering phones and responding to emails
- Be adaptable and flexible to contribute in various capacities as needed
Requirements:
- Hold a high school diploma or equivalent
- Have a track record of success as a data entry clerk or administrative assistant
- Possess exceptional typing skills and attention to detail
- Demonstrate proficiency in the Microsoft Office Suite
- Be able to prioritize tasks effectively and work independently
- Have excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Please note that this position requires physical presence at our location near Romeo, Michigan.
