Administrative Assistant Position

Our company is experiencing exponential growth, thus we're seeking to hire an assistant to our on-site team members to join our ever-expanding team.
General responsibilities and requirements:
  • Superior communication, organization and relationship-building skills
  • Ability to maintain professionalism and composure under pressure
  • Possess integrity, self-motivation, and an ability to work well with others as well as independently.
  • Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously, prioritize and meet deadlines
  • Ability to handle high-priority and pressure situations
  • Must be proficient with Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel. Experience with these specific systems is not required (but highly desired), but experience with related systems/tools is a strong plus
  • Prior experience in an administrative or support role
  • Minimum 3+ years working in an office environment
  • Related work experience in a similar role such as: Sales Support, Coordinator, Operations, etc.
  • Experience supporting multiple leaders as it relates to the job summary
  • Strong multi-tasking skills
  • Must be technically savvy
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong interpersonal skills - must be energetic, enthusiastic, a quick learner, and willing to take the initiative

Pay will be commensurate with experience.
