Preschool Administrative Assistant for Kids R Kids
A friendly, enthusiastic Administrative Assistant can be a great asset to a successful Kids ‘R’ Kids School of Quality Learning. You are the person responsible for the administrative tasks in running a successful business. Our candidate must have the following characteristics:
- Must be able to communicate professionally in both verbal and written form
- Professional appreance and demeanor
- Able to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
- Organized and able to keep a clean workspace
- Loves working in an environment with children

The responsibilities will be as follows:
- Create and oversee the daily employee schedule.
- Keeping track of enrollment numbers throughout the school
- Input information of all family accounts
- Assist the Directors in the overall successful operation of the school
- Assist parents with questions, concerns
- Able to market the school
- Other responsibilities as determined by the Owners/Director
- Know excel and words
- Willing to work 10:00a.m-6:30p.m.
