Risk Control Resource Center Admin – temporary position
Description:
Under limited supervision this position will perform clearly defined tasks in support of the Risk Control vendor assessment process. These tasks include documenting all jobs that are sent to the vendor, receiving completed reports from the vendor, transferring the information from the completed reports into the Risk Control system, and initiating customer communications.
Minimum Qualifications:

• High School Education or equivalent required
• Strong organizational skills
• Proven ability to manage projects independently, with minimal supervision
• Strong communication skills, written and verbal
• Advanced skills in Word and Excel
• Strong attention to detail

This role will be a hybrid work arrangement

Job Type: Contract

Pay: $14.00 - $20.00 per hour

Schedule:

• 10 hour shift
• 12 hour shift
• 8 hour shift

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Hartford, CT 06183: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)

Experience:

• Customer service: 3 years (Preferred)

Work Location: One location
