Our Team

Georgia-Pacific has an immediate opening for a detail oriented, resourceful, critical thinker for our Administrative Assistant role at Georgia-Pacific’s Collaboration & Support Center (CSC) located in Atlanta, GA. This position works a day shift and can be a hybrid/remote role with occasional travel to Atlanta offices.

What You Will Do

  • Manage the executives daily calendar; schedule meetings and confirm appointments, at the CSC Lab and GP Center
  • Coordinate and book the executives hotel and travel.
  • Communicate/work with employees to ensure deadlines on deliverables are met.
  • Provide general administrative support to senior leaders as needed.

Who You Are (Basic Qualifications)

  • Proficient use of Microsoft Office (i.e., Excel, Word)

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

What Will Put You Ahead

  • Proven capability to adapt to and quickly learn new systems.
  • Experience in organization, prioritization, and decision-making skills to effectively manage multiple tasks.
  • Experience as an administrative assistant/executive assistant.
