Our ICS Raleigh Team is seeking an Administrative Assistant to join our team. The Administrative Assistant is responsible for assisting with office tasks as well as being a key contributor to healthcare billing.

What You’ll Do

The incumbent will works with program and finance staff on billing revenue and following up on claims until they are paid or otherwise adjusted and are no longer included in the AR balance. You will be trained how to enter and monitor authorization expiration dates in the electronic health record, weekly tracker, as well as verify information in the MCO electronic health record system, verifies eligibility check in NC Tracks, etc. Essentials components of the position will include filing, communicating via phone and email, scheduling, taking minutes, and order supplies. There will be also times when the Administrative Professional will organize meetings, programs, and events for the Program/Community by arranging for facilities, speakers, catering, communications, distribution of materials and invitations.

What We’re Looking For

To join our team, you must have a willingness to provide Administrative support to our ICS Winston Salem team and in various community settings. We require a High School Diploma or GED, a valid driver's license, good driving record and current auto insurance. You must also be willing to take a background check.
