CameronTravis & Company, P.C. is looking for an Administrative Assistant to join our team. We are a full-service accounting and consulting firm that has been providing high-quality services for over 35 years. Our industry expertise includes real estate, nursing homes, restaurants and professional service providers. As a mid-size local firm, we are heavily involved in the community and provide a personalized experience to our clients.

Responsibilities:

  • Act as key liaison for the company, providing excellent customer service
  • Scheduling exchange of documents with clients, both in person and via electronic platforms
  • Process and organize tax documents - requires organization and attention to detail
  • Assemble tax returns, both paper and electronically – develop an understanding of federal, state, and local tax return types
  • Deliver returns to clients, both in person and via electronic platforms
  • Coordinate office activities and operations to maintain maximum efficiency
  • Support professional staff as necessary

Qualifications:

  • Excellent customer service, communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to handle the occasional tense customer situation in order to provide the best outcome to all involved
  • Aptitude to learn new applications and perform work electronically, as well as use paper media when necessary; Strong computer skills; Microsoft Excel and Word skills are a must
  • Ability to prioritize and multi-task in a fast-paced environment
  • Related work experience a plus but not required
  • Internally motivated with a positive attitude
  • Ability to work well with others in a team environment

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $16.50 - $22.00 per hour
