Rosen Materials, a division of US LBM, is seeking a Administrative Assistant at our North Fort Myers, FL location!

How you will spend your days as an Administrative Assistant:

  • Answer all incoming phone calls
  • Receive and disperse all incoming inventory/packages/deliveries
  • Perform administrative, clerical and related support functions for store operations, sales, and install teams
  • Handle basic accounting functions such as invoicing, matching tickets, processing purchase orders, and functional payroll
  • Maintain customer and related records through utilizing computer system and reporting tools
  • Provide excellent customer service in-person and over the phone
  • Perform other duties as assigned by management

Requirements:

  • Previous office/administration/bookkeeping experience
  • Building materials knowledge preferred
  • Excellent interpersonal and customer relation skills
  • Computer proficiency in MS Office
  • Able to lift 25-50 lbs on occasion
