Receptionist/Order Entry
Responsible for providing customer service, office's administrative activities and managing the office's information database. Support for the everyday function of the office. Must be able to work independently, manage numerous and diverse tasks with confidentiality, self-motivation, problem solving, interpersonal and conflict resolution skills under continual deadlines, interacting with a broad range of personnel.
PRINCIPAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Answer telephones and give information to callers, take messages, or transfer calls to appropriate individuals.
  • Input data and create reports in accordance with company procedures.
  • Greet visitors and callers, handle their inquiries, and direct them to the appropriate persons in a professional manner.
  • Make copies of correspondence and other printed material as needed.
  • Open, read, route, and distribute incoming material.
  • Set up and maintain paper and electronic filing systems for records, correspondence, and other material.
  • Conduct searches to find needed information, using such sources as the Internet.
  • Manage stockrooms and keep inventories replenished.
  • Review work to check for correct spelling and grammar, ensure that company format policies are followed.
  • Operate office equipment such as fax machines, copiers, and phone systems, and use computers for spreadsheet, word processing, database management, and other applications.
  • Marketing- assist marketing with task.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Proficient in spelling, punctuation, grammar and other English language skills.
  • Proven experience of producing correspondence and documents.
