Administrative Assistant – Sales & Marketing

Daily Responsibilities Include:

  • Reporting on daily, weekly, and monthly sales activity
  • Daily communication with the outside sales staff, referring durable medical equipment (DME) companies, and physician offices to ensure timely completion of the new patient referrals
  • Design, production and purchasing of marketing materials (brochures, flyers, etc.)
  • Develop, implement, and perform marketing campaigns (including fax blast, email, and mail)
  • Performance Improvement (PI) Reporting – gather and produce PI reports quarterly/annually
  • Assist with accreditation requirements and renewals
  • Tracking and renewal of business and professional licenses
  • Occasional travel


Required Skills:

  • Organized and detail oriented
  • Proficient with Microsoft Outlook, Excel, and Word
  • Microsoft PowerPoint (preferred)
  • Excellent communication skills (critical for this role)
  • Proficient with design tools for marketing material
