We are looking for a responsible Administrative Assistant to provide support to our Vice President / Chief Estimator and the estimating department. Responsibilities include handling phone calls, meeting arrangements, email distribution, job cost tracking reports as well as other daily office needs. The ideal candidate should have excellent oral and written communication skills and have experience using Microsoft Word, Excel and Google Email and Calendar.

REQUIRED SKILLS / QUALIFICATIONS*

Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Attention to detail and problem solving skills.

Answer and direct phone calls.

Organize and schedule appointments and meetings.

Maintain contact lists.

Carry out administrative duties such as filing, typing, copying, binding, scanning, etc.

Handle sensitive information in a confidential manner.

Assistance in reviewing bid documents and forms that need to be completed

Draft correspondence such as emails and letters.

Assist colleagues whenever there is an opportunity to do so.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $20.00 - $30.00 per hour
