We are a regional Residential Home Builder operating in Tuscaloosa, Jefferson, Shelby, and Bibb counties. Our base is in Mccalla, Al.
We are looking for a candidate that has excellent organizational skills and is proficient at excel and quick books in addition to daily secretarial duties. You will need to be able to build spreadsheets and operate Quick Books. The candidate needs to be a very detail-oriented person that can multitask. Excellent writing and typing skills are required. this is an entry level position. A good understanding of basic accounting in a plus.
