Job description

Manage, scan, and upload documents into the cloud service. Manage and maintain the files once in the cloud service (Microsoft Sharepoint and one drive). Load documents on the community websites. Extensive Scanning files and loading the data to the proper location. Easy in-house web tool managing files on the community websites, creating, and maintaining file folders and opening new websites. Will also require us of Tops software condo/HOA management software. Setting up new communities and loading data by use of spreadsheet uploader tool and may also require data entry. Must be able to learn new software and technology.

Office hours are Monday through Thursday 8:30am-5:00pm and Fridays 8:30am-12:30pm. Health insurance (United Healthcare) is 100% paid for by the employer and is at no cost to the employee. We also offer dental and vision. 401K along with 7 paid holidays, 2 floating holidays, 5 sick days. After one year 1 week paid vacation, 2 years 2 weeks paid vacation, and 5 years 3 weeks paid vacation.
