EDUCATION, KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND QUALIFICATIONS REQUIREMENTS:

B.A. or B.S. in business or related field; skill with Macintosh and PC computers; skill with all Microsoft Office applications essential; position also requires high computer literacy, excellent organization, written language, and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work independently.

BRIEF SUMMARY: Under limited supervision, this position will be responsible for providing administrative support for MRRI staff. The primary list of general duties and responsibilities is described below:

GENERAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Assist in preparation and submission of Institutional Review Board documents
  • Prepare financial requests for ordering/reimbursements
  • Manage and order supplies
  • Reconcile network generated financial statements with internal records
  • Manage petty cash fund
  • Compose and/or proofread correspondence and reports
  • Perform other duties as directed by supervisor
