As a Life Enrichment Specialist, you will be a member of a team that plans, organizes and implements engagement activities for residents. We are seeking a mature and passionate professional to develop and implement new ways to engage and find meaning for our residents. Do you have passion for engagement-focused services to ensure day to day programming meets the needs of our residents? Are you intrigued by the opportunities in the growing aging services industry? Do you appreciate how important the culture in a senior living community can inspire residents to engage in meaningful programming that meets their physical, mental, spiritual, and cognitive needs? You will facilitate Life Enrichment programing set by the Life Enrichment Director and ensure purpose-based programming that includes expected use of methodology to meet goals and expectations.

You have a talent for interacting with a wide variety of people, particularly the elderly and their family members, proven ability to utilize software and other tools for service delivery, scheduling and program delivery, ability to collaborate with other departments and management to continuously improve program quality, ability to clearly communicate in verbal and written form, demonstrated ability to maintain a customer focus at all times, ability to work on weekends, holidays, and evenings. Must be 21 years or older to be able to drive a company vehicle (town car and 14 passenger van). Must possess current driver's license and have the ability to meet approved driver requirements.
