Job description
Responsibilities of Part-time Accounts Receivable Clerk:
- Sort and Separate daily mail into clerk batches
- Process EFT payments downloaded from the bank website
- Process checks and apply them to customer accounts
- Scan checks into the banking program
- Prepare daily scanned deposits to the bank and send them to the appropriate recipients
- Research and resolve payment discrepancies
- Maintain communication with customers through different media
- Perform other administrative and Accounts receivable tasks as assigned
Requirements of Part-time Accounts Receivable Clerk:
- Minimum 3 years experience in business accounts receivables
- Excellent computer skills including Microsoft Excel
- Experience with Sage software preferred
- Superior attention to detail
- Ability to multi-task
- Good communication skills
Hours: 9:00 am-1:00 pm OR 10:00 am-2:00 pm Monday-Friday
Pay Rate: $20.00-$22.00/hr based on experience
