Job description
Premier Medical Resources is looking for a full-time Accounts Receivable Specialist to join our growing team in the Jersey Village area (77040). The ideal person would have industry knowledge, ambition, and drive.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Able to communicate and/or negotiate problematic accounts
- Invoice outside parties regarding incoming requests
- Collects and manages patient payment plans and accounts
- Posts payments to credit patient accounts and generates patient statements accordingly
REQUIREMENTS:
- Understand payer EOBs and identify posting errors of payment and adjustment
- Energetic with a desire to learn and develop new skills
- 2 years in a medical office or facility setting (required)
- 2 years in medical accounts receivable experience (required)
